Collector

Collector is the “store” of images. It allows storing the great number of images or the shortcuts with the images. Essentially, when the image is saved in Collector, the storing of this image takes the memory. This, the attempt to place in the collector the great number of images can lead to the lack of the Operative Memory. So, the possibility of image storing in the collector is mostly oriented on the establishing of the editing operation, when you have to work with several images at the same time. The shortcuts of files with the images can be spent little memory on, mainly for the storing of the image icons, on which they are referred to. It allows keeping easily in the collector several thousands of the shortcuts.

Possibilities of the collector:

• Opening dialog: open images or shortcuts from files. This dialog allows to select several files at the same time and to view their components in the preview window.
• You also can insert the image in the collector, situated in the system exchange buffer.
• Buttons Erase serves for the removing of the selected objects and all the components of the collector.
• Menu Operations of the selection allows removing and inverting the current selection of the objects, to remove the shortcuts of the appropriate files and takes; there is also the operation of the visual comparison of two selected images in the special window.
• Buttons Transform into the shortcut and Transform into the image serve for transforming of the images into the shortcuts and conversely.
• There are also buttons of the replacing of the selected objects into the beginning of the collector, at the same time user can replace any object through the net of collector objects. This possibility allows for example to select the order in which the images will be saved in HTML-album or AVI file.
• Button View allows opening the review window of the current image, all the images or only selected images.
• Button Save image allows saving in files the current image or all the selected images, the shortcuts are missed in this case.
• Menu Operations with files allows establishing the group operations with files, on which the selected shortcuts are referred to. The following operations are available here: converting of the graphic format, copying, replacing, removing, and removing to the trash. Thus, you can easily place the shortcuts on the images of different folders into the collector and then to select the group from them and save it into the folder of your choice.
• Selecting of the Setting window allows changing the settings of the program, including the sizes of the icons in the collector.
